New 'Book of Eli' Trailer

I feel like the only news I ever get on "Book of Eli" are videos. Catch a featurette on the film here and watch the first trailer from July here.

But if you really want to see something cool, then watch the new trailer below. It gives more of an idea of the plot of the film while showing off how BA Denzel Washington can be. It's like his character from "Man on Fire" except with a beard and a machete.

I've got high hopes for this flick, which is odd for a mid-January movie. It's got a lot of action, I love the gritty, western style of it, and I love everything else about this, especially the cast. It should be pretty damn fun and I can't wait to kick off 2010 with a film like this.

"Book of Eli" is set to hit theaters Jan. 15, 2010.
