Box Office results for the weekend!

3 The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3$25.0 M

4 Night at the Museum: Night at the Smithsonian $9.6 M

5 Land of the Lost $9.1 M

6 Imagine That$5.7 M

7 Star Trek $5.6 M

8 Terminator Salvation $4.6 M

9 Angels & Demons $4.2 M

10 Drag Me To Hell $3.8 M

"The Hangover" fell only about 25 percent from last weekend. I just recently saw the film myself and thought it was quite funny, but the word of mouth on this film must be amazing.

"Up" passed "Monster vs. Aliens" this weekend for domestic dollars. It might do as well internationally. If "Up" can make another $45 million domestically, than it will be passing "Star Trek."

What movie has made the most money for 2009? Surprisingly it is "Angels and Demons."
It has made $123 million domestically, but in its foreign markets the film made almost $291 million. It right now sits at around $414 million worldwide ("Star Trek" is at $344 million worldwide while "Up" hasn't been out too long oversees yet to make a dent in its earnings).
