Get Him to the Greek

According to Entertainment Weekly, "Jonah Hill and Russell Brand will be joined by Rose Byrne ('Damages'), Elisabeth Moss ('Mad Men'), and Sean Combs in the 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' sequel, 'Get Him to the Greek,' which is scheduled to begin shooting this summer.

The movie, from Universal Pictures, centers on Brand's outrageous character from 'Marshall', the out-of-control British rock star Aldous Snow, and Aaron, a music-company intern (Hill, in a different role from the one he played in 'Marshall') who must accompany Snow to a concert at L.A.'s Greek Theater.

Moss is set to play Daphne Binks, Aaron's girlfriend, while Byrne will be in the role that Emily Blunt was once incorrectly rumored to have, that of a promiscuous pop musician named Jackie Q, who may perform a duet with Snow. Combs has been cast as Sergio, the head of the entertainment company for which Hill's character works. Writer/director Nicholas Stoller ('Marshall') will direct this followup, based on a screenplay he also penned. Judd Apatow is producing."

Last I posted about this film was way back in December. Sounds like the movie is getting off the ground now and is ready to get made.
"Get Him to the Greek" is scheduled to come out in April 2010.
