Coming out during Christmas time is another comic-based movie, but this time it is directed by Frank Miller, the comic genius behind 300, Sin City, and most of Daredevil.
The Spirit is about a rookie cop named Denny Colt who returns from the dead as The Spirit, a hero who fights the forces of evil in his city. And if you haven't heard, he loves the ladies and the ladies love him.
Filmed in the same style as Sin City, the film is very eye-catching, but can it catch the attention of audiences this December? I think it has a very good chance.
And you can't forget about Samuel L. Jackson in there. No you can't.
