Instead of debuting a new trailer for "2012," Sony has opted to show off a huge disaster scene from the film involving an earthquake with magnitude one million. I'm sure this is only one huge disaster scene out of many in this upcoming film.
Obviously it isn't the full scene (if it is, it has terrible editing). How can something be so awesome yet also fail so miserably? I guess "Transformers 2" already answered that question.
The effects are amazing. Everything is just being obliterated and I am excited to see all that on the big screen. But you can already tell the acting and plot in this film is going to be terrible. Did you hear that Ah-nald impersonation?
I like Roland Emmerich for the action, not the story, because he really does pull off every cheap trick he can (giant rolling donut?).
"2012" will destroy theaters on Nov. 13.
More news to come! Catch ya' later!
