When you do consider the outfit to be a manifestation of the ring's power, then yes, it could be CGI.<br /><br />As I said, this concept kind of came out of nowhere, but it sounds great if they can make it work. And why shouldn't they? If the CGI looks good, I'm all for it.<br /><br />Because to have a spandex, fabric, or faux-armor thing doesn't make sense. The ring "generates" the costume in the comics, so this is actually pretty brilliant.
